Miro Inspired Watercolour

Joan Miro was a Spanish painter who was born in 1893 and was known for his childlike creations made up of heavy black lines and a lot of colour. You can find out more about Miro here.

We went freehand here, inspired by images of Miro's work and drew spirals, stripes, spots and strange little people in ink, before filling in the spaces with loads of colour!
